THOMASVILLE, Ga. (November 3, 2020) - Gina Fallin, a Licensed Practical Nurse and 16-year veteran of the healthcare industry, has joined Legacy Village at Plantation Manor as Resident Services Director, a role responsible for ensuring ongoing, high-quality, resident care.
“Throughout her career, Gina has shown outstanding clinical expertise and a strong commitment to compassionate care,” said Deidre Yates, Executive Director at Legacy Village at Plantation Manor. “She will be a tremendous asset to our residents and to our team of caregivers,” she added.
Fallin, who has vast experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, has worked in a wide variety of healthcare roles, including primary care, gastroenterology and dialysis, making her uniquely suited to a role where she’ll work directly with residents in both the assisted living and Alzheimer’s care units at Legacy Village at Plantation Manor.
In her role as Resident Services Director, Fallin will ensure residents stay safe in an active environment, overseeing a team of caregivers who support residents with activities of daily living, medication management, and monitoring overall health.
“Caring for others is more than a career to me -- it’s a calling,” said Fallin. “This role at Legacy Village at Plantation Manor is a natural fit for both my expertise and my passions. The Greatest Generation has given so much to us, and this role is my way of giving back to them,” she added.
